Job Title:  Senior Consultant | Full Stack | Delhi | Engineering

Technical Manager (Full Stack Backend & Front-End) - (8-10 yrs of experience)

• Hands-on capabilities in Microservices and cloud based architecture
• Proficient in system design (HLD and LLD) and developing highly scalable, multi tenanted distributed transactional systems and mission critical applications
• Responsible to architect/ design on complex systems using Microservices, Event Driven design patterns using niche Cloud, Kubernetes, and system design skills
• Designing and developing production readiness aspects like Observability, Security, Performance and Scalability in the design
• Collaborate with cross functional engineering, QA, DevSecOps, Product and Business teams to meet collective org milestones
• Manage a team of vendor/partner developers to deliver the product roadmap
• Microservices system design and design patterns e.g. SAGA, Circuit Breaker, Reactive, Outpost etc.
• Strong hands on experience Web and Mobile front end expert with exposure to full stack development (Kotlin/SWIFT/React JS/ReactNative/Flutter)
• Proven experience on java, Android and swift iOs native apps, React native or Flutter
• Cloud experience GCP / Azure / AWS (certifications preferred)
• Strong on creativity for building intuitive and responsive UX
• Strong knowledge of big data ecosystem Databricks, Apache Spark, Big Query, NoSQL
• Experience in handling Non-Functional Requirements like Security, Performance, Analytics, Audit/Logging, Observability/Monitoring/Alerting, etc.
• Ability to work with multiple levels in the organization with key business holders
• Having a product mindset is very important
• Good verbal and written communication skills as the interaction will be with senior stakeholders and vendor key roles.
