Your work profile
- Lead large-scale ERP transformation programs involving Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Oracle Fusion Financials.
- • Drive finance transformation initiatives, solution design workshops, and business process optimization across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and executive leadership on ERP strategy, roadmap, and transformation initiatives.
- • Lead fit-gap analysis, solution architecture discussions, and migration strategies from JD Edwards to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- • Manage end-to-end project delivery including requirement gathering, design, configuration oversight, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Projects, and Technical workstreams.
- • Review functional designs, integrations, reporting requirements, data migration strategies, and governance processes.
- • Drive project planning, resource management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance activities.
- • Lead client workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive presentations.
- • Mentor consultants and senior consultants while contributing to practice development, solution accelerators, and business growth initiatives.
- Key skills required
- • 10+ years of ERP consulting experience with strong expertise in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Oracle Fusion Financials.
- • Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformation programs.
- • Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses, and Financial Reporting.
- • Strong knowledge of JD Edwards Financial Management modules including General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Job Cost.
- • Experience in ERP assessment, roadmap definition, cloud transformation, and JD Edwards to Oracle Fusion migration programs.
- • Strong understanding of finance business processes, internal controls, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
- • Experience managing large stakeholder groups, distributed teams, and global delivery models.
- • Demonstrated leadership in solution design, client relationship management, and project governance.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- • Oracle Fusion Financials and/or JD Edwards certifications will be an added advantage.
Key skills required
- Overall 8+ years of experience in End-to-End Supply Chain Management, with a minimum of 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Strong expertise in majority of the SCM functions like Planning, Procurement, Inventory, MFG, Maintenance, OM, Pricing, Configuration, PIM, & Quality Management.
