Job Title: Senior Consultant | Fusion Financials | Delhi | Oracle
Role Overview
The Senior Consultant – Oracle Fusion Financials is a core delivery role responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Fusion Financials solutions across client engagements. The role requires strong functional expertise, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to work independently on assigned modules while collaborating closely with Managers and project leadership on end-to-end Finance transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle Fusion Financials Implementation & Delivery
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM
- Support end-to-end implementation activities such as requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scenarios
- Execute unit testing and support SIT, UAT, and production cutover activities
- Assist with post-go-live support and stabilization
Functional Analysis & Solution Design
- Analyze client finance processes and map them to Oracle Fusion Financials capabilities
- Recommend solutions aligned with Oracle leading practices and client requirements
- Support Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud Finance migrations, including setup validation and data reconciliation
- Collaborate with technical teams on reports, integrations, and extensions
Client Interaction & Collaboration
- Participate in client workshops, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs
- Provide clear explanations of system functionality to client users and stakeholders
- Support preparation of status updates and delivery artifacts for governance forums
- Build strong working relationships with client business users and super users
Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
- Work closely with Managers and Consultants to deliver assigned workstreams
- Review work of junior team members and provide functional guidance
- Contribute to reusable assets, templates, and delivery accelerators
- Share knowledge and best practices within the Oracle Fusion community
Learning, Certification & Professional Development
- Actively pursue Oracle Fusion Financials certifications
- Stay current with Oracle Cloud releases, new features, and industry best practices
- Support internal initiatives related to capability building and practice development
Required Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory
- 4–8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud Applications
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
- Experience working on at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation
- Good understanding of Finance business processes and accounting concepts
- Experience working in a global delivery or offshore model
Preferred
- Experience in Big 4 or large system integrators
- Exposure to Oracle EBS or other legacy ERP systems
- Experience with integrations, reporting, or data migration activities
- Oracle Fusion Financials certification(s)
