·      Handle platform, research, IT systems, and data-driven decision support

·      Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and module rollouts

·      Oversee cloud infrastructure, security audits, and API integrations

·      Resolve system issues and improve backend data architecture

·      Define functional requirements (FRDs) for modules

·      Ensure workflow alignment with platform/portal

·      Develop dashboards and role-based access systems

·      Support data analysis and reporting systems

·      Enable decision-making through data insights

·      IT systems knowledge

·      Data analysis & research expertise

·      Digital platform management

·      Understanding of cloud & system integration
