Job Description / Key Responsibilities

The Research & IT professionals will:

Platform & Technology Management

  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and phased module rollouts.
  • Oversee cloud infrastructure and security audits.
  • Manage API integrations.
  • Drive resolution of functional glitches.
  • Improve back-end data architecture.
  • Oversee development of dashboards and role-based access systems.

Functional & Business Analysis

  • Align operational workflows with the PMRC portal.
  • Define functional requirements for existing and future modules.
  • Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
  • Define dashboard requirements for various stakeholders.

Relevant Scope of Work Extracts

PMRC Platform Management

  • Review and finalization of Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
  • Preparation of test cases and testing.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Outreach & Talent Engagement

  • Lead targeted global outreach for:
  • PM Research Chairs
  • Senior Research Fellows (SRFs)
  • Young Research Fellows (YRFs)
  • Curate talent databases/lists.
  • Drive awareness and engagement campaigns.

Institutional Enablement

  • Lead Host Institution onboarding and readiness programs.
  • Conduct CFP (Call for Proposal) workshops.
  • Develop readiness scorecards and support demo days.

Process Design & Governance

  • Design end-to-end processes for institutions and candidates.
  • Define:
  • Stakeholders/actors
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Escalation matrices
  • Define KPIs and dashboard metrics.

Coordination & Monitoring

  • Monitor daily operational progress.
  • Engage stakeholders through review meetings.
