- Minimum 5 years of experience
- At least 5 years of experience in market study, assessment of projects/ project funding and familiarity of various modes for project development and implementation/ financial structuring, and appraisal of infrastructure projects
- Experience in procurement, drafting and implementation of State / Central Government schemes, rules and regulatory related tasks and project appraisals, costing of projects is desirable
- Drafting of sectoral policy for bringing investments in the state,
- Drafting of Guidelines and Standard operating Procedures (SOPs) for UPEIDA.
- Bid Process Management,/ Government Process Re-engineering support in development of Guidelines, policies, SOPs and other documents related to the project
- Working experience with NITI Ayog is desirable
