Your work profile
As a Senior Consultant – Go to market / growth office within the Organization Change Management practice, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the execution engine that powers Deloitte’s Change Management business. Your work will directly influence how effectively the practice converts strategic priorities into measurable outcomes. By bringing discipline, structure, and transparency to execution, you will help leadership make timely decisions, reduce slippage, and improve predictability across the portfolio. You will also contribute to the long‑term commercial success of the practice by supporting go‑to‑market priorities and enabling scalable growth—ensuring teams are equipped to deliver meaningful impact for clients navigating complex transformations.

As a Senior Consultant, you will support the Organization Change Management (OCM) Growth Office by strengthening execution governance and enabling practice leadership to deliver priorities with greater predictability, speed, and focus. You will work closely with Partners, senior leaders, and delivery unit stakeholders to bring structure to complex initiatives, manage interdependencies, and create transparency across commitments, risks, and outcomes. You will also support go‑to‑market priorities and program‑manage practice growth enablement activities—such as capability uplift, leadership reporting, and readiness coordination—ensuring the practice is both operationally disciplined and market-ready. In this role, you will blend execution rigor with pragmatic problem-solving, ensuring outcomes are delivered without unnecessary process overhead.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Execution Governance & Operating Rhythm
o Establish and run the operating cadence for Growth Office and leadership forums (weekly/monthly reviews, prioritization sessions, and governance checkpoints)
o Drive meeting effectiveness through structured agendas, pre-reads, decision capture, and timely follow-ups
o Maintain a clear record of decisions, actions, owners, timelines, and interlocks to ensure accountability
· Action Tracking & Closure Discipline
o Own end-to-end action tracking, ensuring progress is reviewed, blockers are resolved, and actions are closed on time
o Proactively follow up with stakeholders across delivery units; escalate slippages with clear context and recommended next steps
o Create and maintain leadership-ready views of progress, bottlenecks, and priority shifts
· Risk, Issue & Dependency Management (RAID)
o Maintain integrated RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) across delivery units
o Identify and surface risks early (delivery, resource, operational, and financial), articulating impact, likelihood, and mitigation options
o Drive disciplined resolution by ensuring risks/issues have named owners, mitigation plans, due dates, and escalation paths
· Financial & Performance Visibility
o Support practice leadership with foundational financial and operational oversight, including:
§ budget and cost tracking
§ effort consumption and burn-rate monitoring
§ utilization and capacity visibility
§ variance tracking against plan
o Partner with finance and delivery teams to improve forecasting discipline and highlight emerging performance risks
o Translate data into insight-led summaries to support timely leadership decisions
· Go‑to‑Market & Practice Growth Initiatives
o Support practice leaders on key GTM priorities such as capability amplification, offering enablement, readiness programs, and external positioning.
o Program‑manage growth enablement initiatives (e.g., capability uplift, pipeline shaping, internal readiness sprints).
o Coordinate across delivery units to ensure alignment on GTM priorities, market‑facing initiatives, and practice growth objectives.
o Track progress of GTM workstreams, maintain visibility on dependencies, and ensure timely execution across teams.
o Support development of growth‑focused artifacts (e.g., capability decks, go‑to‑market narratives, value propositions).
Internal Enablement & Cross‑Practice Coordination
o Enable coordination across delivery units for key Growth Office priorities (readiness, resourcing, transitions, and enablement needs)
o Drive consistency in governance artifacts (dashboards, trackers, templates) while keeping them fit-for-purpose and outcomes-focused
o Identify continuous improvement opportunities to reduce execution friction and improve predictability across the practice
Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication
o Support Partners and senior leaders with crisp, executive-level communication for internal and external stakeholders
o Develop high-quality PowerPoint updates for leadership reviews and steering committees, focused on decisions required, risks, and progress
o Build alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities through clarity, structured updates, and disciplined follow-through
Reporting, Dashboards & Tool Enablement
o Create and maintain execution dashboards and trackers using Excel and PowerPoint; leverage Power BI (preferred) to improve visibility and automation
o Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and decision-oriented, minimizing noise and maximizing clarity for leadership
