Your work profile
We are looking for a GoLang Developer with 6+ years of experience with 4 years in Golang to build and maintain high‑performance, scalable backend services. The role requires strong hands-on experience in Go (Golang) along with a solid understanding of Azure cloud services, microservices, and cloud-native development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Go (Golang)
- Build cloud-native microservices following best practices for scalability and reliability
- Develop and deploy applications on Microsoft Azure
- Work with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous processing
- Integrate applications with databases, messaging systems, and external services
- Implement logging, monitoring, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and frontend teams
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality
- Troubleshoot production issues and support deployments
Your role as a Team Lead or SR. Team lead
- 6+ years of experience in backend development
- Strong proficiency in Go (Golang)
- Experience building microservices-based architectures
- Good understanding of Azure cloud fundamentals, including:
- Azure App Services / Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Azure Functions (basic understanding)
- Azure Storage (Blob, Queue)
- Azure SQL / Cosmos DB (working knowledge)
- Experience with Docker and containerization
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and web services
- Familiarity with Git-based version control
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with AWS core services (VPC, EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, API Gateway, IAM).
- Strong knowledge of AWS networking and security.
- Experience with Terraform for IaC.
- Experience in GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools.
- Understanding of containerization and Kubernetes.
- Linux administration knowledge.
Good to Have (Preferred Skills)
- Experience with Kubernetes (AKS)
- Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ)
- Exposure to distributed systems and concurrency patterns in Go
- Experience with cloud security concepts (IAM, secrets, certificates)
- Understanding of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor)

B.Tech or M.tech (IT/CS)
