T&T – OIDS – IT Business Analyst (Oil and Gas)
Role Overview:
As a IT BA in our team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:

Primary Skills:
- Exposure in Oil and Gas stream
- Carrying out sessions with business teams to study and understand technology aspirations, current business processes, etc.
- Capture business requirements for new developments, changes as per business requirements and convert the requirements into user stories.
- To take signoff from BUs and subsequently carry out sprint grooming and provide functional expertise.
- Provide Market trends and emerging capabilities information (within and outside the Client’s business domain).
- Engage with external agencies and statutory authorities wherever required to implement urgent time bound developments and deployments.
- Create project documentation and take sign off from the Client.
- Assist in UAT and release the application in production.
- Take Knowledge transfer for existing initiatives from L2 Support team and provide knowledge transfer of new developments to the L2 support team.
- Conduct trainings to Client teams on usage of developed solutions.
- Project Documentation includes but is not limited to a) Process Documents b) Technology/System Architectures c) User Manuals d) Data Architecture e) Data Model descriptions f) Frequently Asked Questions g) Process documents e) Any other documentation required for usage of implemented solution.

Benchmarking should cover: Functional innovations (example: frictionless payments at the fuel station),Technological innovations (example: micro services),Current policy and regulations as well as changes on the horizon, and consequent opportunities and risks ,Technology trends and any consequent disruptive ideas or models, New business model opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification : B.Tech with Master of Business Administration Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Management - Full Time
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Business Analyst in which 2 years should be in oil and gas domain.
