The team
As a member of the Operation, Industry and domain solutions team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals.
We work in conjuncture with various institutions solving key business problems across a broad-spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.
Your work profile
· Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions aligned with business and project requirements.
· Deploy and manage cloud-based services, including containers, storage, CI/CD pipelines, SQL/NoSQL databases, caching, queuing, clustering, and data pipelines.
· Implement and maintain cloud security frameworks, including secure network configuration, access control, and monitoring for potential breaches.
· Continuously monitor cloud solution performance and availability; recommend and execute optimization strategies.
· Establish and enforce governance, compliance, and access policies for cloud-based solutions.
· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud architectures, design decisions, and implementation details.
· Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, project managers, and IT teams to ensure effective integration of cloud solutions.
· Lead migration projects related to databases, file systems, and software applications to cloud environments.
· Monitor system performance, security updates, and patches to maintain a secure environment.
· Ensure data backup and disaster recovery strategies are in place and effectively tested.
· Provide incident management and troubleshooting to resolve system/service issues promptly.
· Work both independently and collaboratively to deliver on project goals.
Skill Required
· Candidates should have solid experience in infrastructure management, cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and database administration. Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring, and performance optimization is highly desirable.
· Proven expertise in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Government Community Cloud).
· Strong background in cloud migration projects (on-premises to cloud and inter-cloud).
· Hands-on knowledge of:
· Operating Systems & Web Servers: Linux, Tomcat, Nginx, Apache (reverse proxy).
· Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS.
· Databases & Replications: MariaDB, MongoDB, Redis, MySQL (master-slave), MongoDB replication, Maxscale.
· Messaging & Clustering: RabbitMQ cluster, Redis cluster, ELK cluster.
· DevOps Tools: Git, Jenkins, Rsync, CI/CD pipelines.
· Load Balancing & Security: HAProxy (with SSL), AWS Load Balancer, DNS Server.
· Monitoring & Logging: ELK Stack.
· Familiarity with LAN/WAN network architecture.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Education Details
Essential:
· B.E./B.Tech./MCA or equivalent.
· Qualification criteria may be relaxed for exceptional candidates.
· Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, both on-premises and cloud environments.
Preferred Certifications:
· AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional)
· Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
· Google Cloud Professional Architect
· Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
· VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
· ITIL Foundation
· Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) or CISSP
Desirable:
· Post-Graduation: M. Tech
· Relevant certification in Data
Analysis, Design thinking, Agile,
or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS
Certified Solutions Architect, PMP, CSM).
