Your work profile

The Senior Consultant is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the successful delivery of programs or accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the organization and its clients, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes while driving client satisfaction and business growth.

Key skills required: 

• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM Hub (Multidomain)
• Experience working on end-to-end MDM lifecycle (landing → staging → BO → match → merge → publish)

Base Objects, Staging Tables, Landing Tables

• Match & Merge (deterministic + probabilistic)
• Trust & Validation rules
• Experience with Hierarchy Manager (HM) and relationships
• Hands-on experience with Informatica Data Director (IDD) configuration
• Ability to design and implement data models for Customer/Product domains
• Experience with batch jobs, load processes, and Hub Console configurations
• Strong SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and debugging
• Experience with SIF APIs / basic REST APIs for integration
• Exposure to IDMC (CDI / Cloud MDM basics)
• Ability to debug data load issues, match issues, and survivorship problems

Key Skills &Competencies

• Informatica IDMC / IICS
• CDI, CAI, CDQ, MDM SaaS (Business 360, Customer 360)
• ETL/ELT development, data pipelines, and data modelling
• SQL, APIs, and scripting (Python/Shell)
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Data governance, metadata, and data lineage concepts
• CI/CD, version control (Git), and DevOps practices

• 8+ years in Data Engineering / Integration / MDM
• 4–6+ years of hands-on IDMC experience
• Proven experience in enterprise-scale data integration and cloud transformation projects

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent Communication and stakeholder management
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities

Education Qualification

 B. E , B. Tech , M.E , MTech 

Success Metrics 

• Informatica IDMC or MDM certifications
• Experience in cloud migration programs or hybrid architectures
• Exposure to real-time streaming or event-driven architectures
