The team

Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice under its Government & Public Services (GPS) division supports governments in driving large-scale digital and infrastructure transformation initiatives. The practice combines domain expertise, technology-enabled solutions, data analytics, and program management capabilities to enhance planning, implementation, and governance of infrastructure projects. Deloitte has extensive experience in advising public sector organizations on digital platforms, infrastructure modernization, policy implementation, and institutional capacity building to improve service delivery and project outcomes.

Your work profile

PM Gati Shakti program is required to coordinate with multiple Central and State government Departments like PWD, WRD, RRDA, Energy and their undertakings. The team would act as SPOC for this coordination and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordination with departments & key agencies for mapping of infrastructure layers/assets as mandated by GoI.
• Ensuring efficient usage of tools available on PM Gati Shakti portal, for planning and assessment of projects.
• Assist departments in implementation of Standard operating procedure for data layer management.
• Handhold department in infrastructure planning through PM GatiShakti portal.
• Develop infrastructure Use Case for the better adoption of PM GatiShakti in the state.

Required Skills & Experience

• Graduate in Civil/Urban Planning/Infrastructure Planning with minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure related advisory
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Government sector Conversant with procedures at departments like Town and Country Planning, Revenue, Registration and Stamps, Urban Administration and Forest Clearances.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English with good analytical and GIS skills

• Minimum 3’ experience
• Education – Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) with Master of Planning (Housing and Urban Development)- M. Plan
