Your work profile

• Lead implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing modules including:
• Work Execution, Work Definition, Production Scheduling, and Costing (basic exposure)
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional solutions
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with Oracle Cloud capabilities
• Configure Oracle Fusion Manufacturing modules and validate setups with business stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Costing)
• Support integrations with upstream/downstream systems (SCM, MES, third-party tools)
• Drive testing phases including SIT and UAT; support deployment and hypercare
• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes such as discrete manufacturing, shop floor execution, and production planning
• Provide functional guidance to technical teams for reports, integrations, and extensions
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to solution accelerators and knowledge assets

Key skills required

• 5–8 years of experience in Oracle ERP / SCM, with at least 2–3 years in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing
• Strong understanding of:
• Manufacturing (Discrete Manufacturing, Work Orders, Shop Floor Execution)
• Inventory Management and Supply Chain processes
• Basic Costing concepts related to manufacturing
• Experience in at least 1–2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM / Manufacturing implementations
• Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing lifecycle
• Exposure to integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and reporting tools (OTBI/BI Publisher)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing experience
