Your work profile
- Lead end-to-end implementation of GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM modules in Oracle EBS R12.
- Conduct requirement analysis, solution design, and system configuration.
- Configure ledgers, accounting setups, COA, tax rules, and reporting structures.
- Prepare BR100, MD50, and other AIM/OUM documentation.
- Coordinate data migration, testing (CRP, SIT, UAT), and end-user training.
- Collaborate with SCM and Projects teams for seamless financial integration.
- Support RICE components, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
- Provide post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement guidance.
- Good understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Key skills required
- 5–8 years of Oracle EBS R12 Financials experience with at least two full-cycle implementations.
- Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of business finance processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Oracle Financials certification preferred.
- Familiarity with FBDI/ADFDI, HDL (good to have).
- Understanding of Fusion ERP/Finance/SCM data model (at least one pillar).
- Experience with troubleshooting performance/functional issues.
- Oracle EPM Cloud certification.
