Your work profile

• Manage the design, development, and implementation of Tagetik solutions, including data models, workflows, integrations, consolidation, and planning components.
• • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, convert them into functional and technical specifications, and deliver scalable Tagetik configurations.
• • Lead end‑to‑end project activities such as system setup, data modeling, reporting frameworks, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
• • Drive integrations between Tagetik and ERP/Non‑ERP systems to ensure accurate and seamless data flow.
• • Guide junior team members in building advanced features, including driver‑based planning, scenario modeling, workflow design, and complex reporting.
• • Ensure high‑quality delivery through testing, validation, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
• • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to enable timely project delivery and successful client outcomes.
• • Support UAT, end‑user training, and post‑go‑live activities.
• • Contribute to solution design, effort estimation, and creation of reusable components for Tagetik implementations.

Key skills required

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on order management, supply chain, or related enterprise systems. Experience on MAO, Sterling OMS, BY OM, Fluent Commerce will be preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading requirements elicitation and specification for complex functional areas.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong collaboration across business and technical stakeholders.
• Exposure to testing lifecycle and UAT execution preferred.
• Experience with Agile delivery methods and tools (Jira, Confluence).
