Your work profile

·      Drive end-to-end project management activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring successful delivery of project objectives.

·      Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and client leadership to manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.

·      Facilitate project governance meetings, status reporting, action tracking, and stakeholder communications.

·      Lead sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile delivery processes using JIRA.

·      Monitor project progress and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.

·      Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project priorities and deliverables.

·      Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and performance metrics.

·      Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Key skills required

·      6-8 years of overall consulting and project management experience, preferably managing technology and business transformation initiatives.

·      Strong experience in Project Management, including planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery oversight.

·      Hands-on expertise in JIRA is mandatory and will be a critical selection criterion.

·      Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.

·      Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

·      Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced client environment.

·      Experience working with distributed teams and client-facing engagements.
