Your work profile

• We are looking for a skilled Power BI, Dashboards Developer with hands-on experience in data analysis, validation, reconciliation, or quality assurance.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleanup functions, and advanced formulas
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data from relational databases.
• Familiarity with CSV parsing, data profiling techniques, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) is an advantage.

Key skills required: 

• Perform end-to-end data validation across various databases, reports, and system outputs.
• Conduct data matching and reconciliation to ensure alignment between source systems, dashboards, and operational records.
• Identify, analyze, and document data discrepancies, including missing, inconsistent, or incorrect data.
• Work closely with technical teams to implement data correction and cleanup activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports highlighting validation findings, mismatch trends, and corrective actions taken.
• Well versed with open source dashboarding tools.
• Support UAT and production validation activities during system releases or state rollouts.
• Maintain data logs, discrepancy registers, and validation trackers for audit and review.
• Ensure compliance with government data standards, security guidelines, and confidentiality protocols.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
