Your work profile

• Lead Process Optimization Initiatives: Utilize SAP Signavio Process Manager and Process Intelligence to model, analyze, and optimize complex business processes. Design optimized workflows that meet client objectives and industry best practices.
• Data Integration and Visualization: Integrate SAP Signavio Process Intelligence with multiple data sources to generate valuable insights. Create interactive dashboards and visualizations that provide real-time process performance monitoring and support decision-making.
• Process Performance Analysis: Apply strong analytical skills to assess current business processes using Process Intelligence. Identify opportunities for improvement and design workflows that optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance.
• Client Collaboration and Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements. Guide them in the effective use of Signavio’s tools and ensure solutions are tailored to their unique needs.
• Lead and Support Implementation: Oversee the deployment and integration of process management solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and provide ongoing support as needed.
• Process Documentation and Reporting: Gather and document business requirements, ensure alignment with project goals, and generate detailed reports on process performance and improvement outcomes.
• Knowledge Sharing and Best Practices: Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, provide guidance to junior team members, and support the development of best practices for process management across the organization.

Key skills required: 

🎓 Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Celonis / Signavio or similar tools

• Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL concepts, and transformation scripting

• Experience building event logs, structuring source data, and defining KPIs

• Ability to design impactful dashboards, analyses, and solution architectures

• Proficiency in SQL, with exposure to PQL / Python for logic and configuration

• Certifications in Celonis or Signavio

🎓 Functional Skills:

• Experience exploring ERP/operational processes to uncover inefficiencies and value opportunities

• Ability to translate analytical findings into clear business insights

• Strong communication and consulting presence in client-facing settings

• Experience conducting workshops, demos, and process walkthroughs

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of process management methodologies such as BPMN and DMN and the ability to apply these frameworks to design optimized workflows.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess business processes using Process Intelligence and drive improvements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree.
