Your work profile

•  Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion P2P modules including Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, and Payables
• Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional specifications and system configurations
• Configure Oracle Fusion applications aligned with client needs and industry best practices
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution design sessions
• Drive fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, extensions, and reporting requirements
• Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities
• Identify process improvement opportunities and provide strategic recommendations
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines

Key skills required

• 5–8 years of experience in Oracle ERP, with at least 2–3 years in Oracle Fusion P2P
• Strong functional knowledge of:
• Procurement (Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement)
• Payables (Invoice Processing, Payments)
• Supplier Lifecycle Management
• Experience in at least 1–2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations
• Good understanding of business processes across Procure-to-Pay lifecycle
• Exposure to integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), reporting tools (OTBI/BI Publisher)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
