Key Responsibilities
Program Increment (PI) Planning & Execution
- Facilitate PI Planning events and ensure alignment across teams.
- Support ART execution and track progress against PI objectives.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and resolve impediments.
- Monitor ART performance metrics and delivery outcomes.
Agile Coaching & Facilitation
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Product Owners, and teams on SAFe principles and Agile best practices.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Risk & Dependency Management
- Identify, track, and mitigate program-level risks and issues.
- Escalate critical blockers to leadership when required.
- Manage inter-team and external dependencies to ensure smooth delivery.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Business Owners, Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, and leadership teams.
- Provide regular status updates on ART health, delivery progress, risks, and achievements.
- Drive alignment between business priorities and execution teams.
Metrics & Reporting
- Track and report Agile and delivery metrics, including:
- PI Objectives achievement
- Velocity and predictability
- Cycle time and lead time
- Defect trends
- Dependency and risk status
- Use data-driven insights to improve ART performance.
Continuous Improvement
- Lead Inspect & Adapt sessions.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, quality, and delivery efficiency.
- Promote Lean-Agile mindset and operational excellence.
