The team

As a member of the Operation, Industry and domain solutions team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals.

We work in conjuncture with various institutions solving key business problems across a broad-spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.

Your work profile

·       Work with the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education on establishment of 05 University Townships.

·       Understand and present the requirements of a University Township and preempt challenges in implementation for proactive action for both the verticals of the project – University and Township.

·       Work with stakeholders to understand the State Level regulatory and compliance requirements and identify measures to enable a single window clearance for each Township.

·       Understand the real-estate implications, land pricing, selection criteria for land, and approval metrics.

·       Identify the key success metrics of a University Township for short, medium, and long term.

Skills Required

·       Understanding of regulatory and tax compliance for setting up of a University at State/ National Level.

·       Understanding of the implications for setting up of foreign university campuses in India.

·       Understanding of the real-estate sector and key priority areas for development and construction of a Township.

Education and Experience Details

·       PGDM/ MBA from a reputed B-school.

·       Total Work Experience Required: 8+ Years

·       Prior Work Experience in the real-estate sector and/or regulatory landscape in the education sector.

·       Consulting experience in similar projects/ domain is preferred.
