Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Experience
- 12 years + in SAP programs, with at least 3+ years as SAP Project Manager.
- Demonstrated history leading 2+ full-cycle SAP implementations, ideally including one S/4HANA transformation for government or PSU entities.
- Experience in PMO environment with exposure to Agile/Waterfall methodologies, SAP tools and methodologies
- Domain Knowledge
- Strong functional expertise in at least two SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM, SD, PS) . Functional expertise in finance or PS module is must
- Understanding of PSU/government financials, grants, procurement, HR/payroll workflows, mandatory compliance, and audit needs.
- Technical Acumen
- Understanding of ABAP/Basis, Fiori/UI5, CPI/PI-Po, BTP/cloud integration, data migration process
- Program Leadership & Governance
- Own full lifecycle delivery SAP S/4HANA (Migration/Implementation)
- Define and govern program charters, project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and WBS.
- Enforce program governance frameworks, risk/issue management, change control, and stakeholder communication across government departments/PSUs.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as primary liaison between PSU/government client stakeholders, internal teams
- Influence senior leadership to align SAP implementation with strategic initiatives
- Delivery Excellence
- Manage multi-module integration and ensure end-to-end solution architecture, including RICEFW oversight.
- Oversee data migration from legacy systems, validating master data loads, and archiving strategies.
- Lead testing, go-live, stabilization, and transition to managed services under ITIL standards.
- Financial & Resource Management
- Oversee financials—budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking
- Manage internal and outsourced team effectiveness and performance
