As a member of the Operation, Industry and domain solutions team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals.

We work in conjuncture with various institutions solving key business problems across a broad-spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.

 Key Responsibility Areas

 

·      Lead overall coordination of the Interoperable and Integrated Government Databases initiative across Central Ministries, Departments, and States

·      Serve as the secretariat for the National Data Governance Committee (NDGC) - prepare agendas, record decisions, track compliance directives, and follow up with lead agencies

·      Coordinate with State Data Governance Committees (SDGCs) to align State-level implementation with the national framework

·      Monitor progress of all four Proposals (standardisation, data sharing policies, data exchange platforms, governance architecture) against agreed timelines

·      Prepare periodic progress reports, MIS dashboards, and compliance matrices for the NDGC and Cabinet Secretariat

·      Liaise with NIC, NeGD, and CERT-In on technical and security dimensions of data interoperability

·      Facilitate inter-ministerial consultations and resolve coordination bottlenecks escalated by domain teams

·      Oversee budgetary tracking across the six project clusters (estimated ₹132.2 Crore total outlay)

·      Represent MeitY in meetings with PMO, Cabinet Secretariat, and NITI Aayog on data governance matters

•   Strategic leadership and executive communication

•   Complex program and stakeholder management          

•   Strong drafting skills for policy notes, Cabinet notes, and committee proceedings

•   Negotiation and conflict resolution across institutional hierarchies

•   Ability to translate technical concepts into policy-actionable language

 

    

 

 

 

 

Education Details

 

•            Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related social science discipline or MBA or Post-Graduate Diploma in Management or Technology Management (essential)

•            B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related engineering discipline (essential)

     

     

Experience

 

·      Minimum 12–15 years of experience in government, public sector, or multilateral organizations

·      Demonstrated experience in program or project management of large-scale e-governance or digital transformation initiatives

·      Prior experience of working with inter-ministerial coordination or Cabinet Secretariat-level engagements

·      Familiarity with India's Digital Public Infrastructure (DigiLocker, API Setu, UPI, Aadhaar) and digital governance landscape

·      Experience in managing multi-stakeholder partnerships involving government, industry bodies (NASSCOM, CII), and research institutions

·      Knowledge of IT Act 2000 and Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 - desirable

 

 

Certifications

•      Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Digital Governance (desirable)
