Your work profile
- Lead end‑to‑end implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning solutions, including requirement gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Design and develop planning models, data actions, multi‑actions, allocations, currency conversion, workflows, and value driver trees.
- Configure versions, dimensions, hierarchies, security, and data access controls in SAC.
- Integrate SAC Planning with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW/BW4HANA, Datasphere, or other source systems.
- Develop planning stories, input templates, dashboards, and predictive planning scenarios.
- Lead solution design workshops and provide functional and technical guidance to clients and junior team members.
- Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and forecast cycles, including issue resolution and performance tuning.
- Ensure adherence to SAC best practices, governance standards, and design principles.
- Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, and user training materials.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including finance, IT, and data teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide post‑implementation support, enhancements, and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Act as the primary integration point of contact for client stakeholders, leading technical workshops, architecture reviews, and fit-gap analysis.
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants to map complex business requirements into high-performing, scalable technical designs.
- Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle phases, including estimation, technical documentation, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go-Live hypercare support.
- Troubleshoot complex environment issues, driving root-cause analysis (RCA) and implementing quick, effective resolutions for payload errors or performance bottlenecks.
- Key Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), Computer Applications (MCA), or related technical fields.
- Core Technical Expertise: Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is mandatory.
- Web Services & Languages: Mastery of REST/SOAP web services, XML, JSON, XQuery, and XSLT.
- Database & Extensibility: Strong background in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, and developing applications using Oracle APEX and VBCS.
- Data Migration Foundations: Solid understanding of Oracle SaaS data loading frameworks like FBDI and HDL, alongside reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI).
- Methodologies: Comfortable working in fast-paced Agile environments with a clear grasp of DevOps/DevSecOps tools and pipelines.

Key skills required
- 6–10+ years of experience in Enterprise Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting solutions.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning.
- Strong expertise in financial planning processes such as FP&A, Budgeting, Forecasting, Rolling Forecasts, Workforce Planning, or Capex Planning.
- Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP BW/BPC, or SAP Datasphere is preferred.
- Experience with data integration, transformations, and performance optimization in SAC.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead design discussions and mentor junior consultants.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
