Job Description:
- Lead implementation and configuration of SAP Cloud ALM for SAP S/4HANA (On-Premise, Cloud, or Hybrid landscapes).
- Set up and manage Application Operations, Business Process Monitoring, Integration & Exception Monitoring in Cloud ALM.
- Drive project, task, and test management using SAP Cloud ALM for implementation and rollouts.
- Integrate SAP Cloud ALM with SAP Solution Manager, SAP BTP, and SAP Support Backbone.
- Define and implement end-to-end business process hierarchies, KPIs, and monitoring dashboards.
- Support cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-production operations.
- Collaborate with functional, technical, and BASIS teams to resolve incidents and performance issues.
- Prepare operational documentation, SOPs, and provide user training.
