Work you’ll do

 

The primary role is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

To do this, one must perform the following activities as within the firm:

          SAP Data Management should have:

           Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced consultant specializing in BAS (Business Application Studio) with a strong understanding of data migration processes. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data management across various platforms. 
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data quality management, and data migration strategies to support system implementations or transformations, including S/4 HANA, cloud migration, and more.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement data integration strategies and solutions for multiple systems.
  • Ensure seamless integration of data across different platforms, including cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
  • Perform data profiling, cleansing, and transformation to meet migration requirements.
  • Work with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools for data movement, cleansing, and transformation.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Implement data validation, cleansing, and enrichment processes to meet business requirements.
  • Monitor and report data quality metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and other technical teams to deliver successful and data migration solutions.
  • Communicate technical issues and solutions to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.

 

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of BAS (Business Application Studio)
  • Experience in data migration projects, especially involving SAP S/4 HANA or other ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of data profiling, cleansing, and validation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server)

 

Eligibility criteria and requirements:

  • Bachelors: Commerce/ Science / Engineering background from a premier institute preferred
  • Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Work Location – Noida
