Job Description:
- Lead and execute SAP data migration activities for ECC to S/4HANA implementations and rollouts.
- Define data migration strategy, scope, and approach in alignment with business and IT stakeholders.
- Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Configure and execute migration using SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC / Fiori App), ETL tools, or custom programs.
- Coordinate mock loads, cutover planning, and go-live migrations.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across business objects.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to resolve data issues.
- Prepare data migration documentation, load reports, and sign-off artifacts.
