Job Title:  Senior Consultant | SAP FICO | Delhi | SAP

We are seeking a seasoned Senior SAP FICO Consultant with 8-12 years of experience to lead complex S/4HANA transformation projects, rollouts, and support engagements for our global clients. As part of our technology consulting team, you will act as a subject matter expert, bridging business requirements with technical solutions to improve operational efficiency and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield/Brownfield) and rollouts, overseeing design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.
• Business Process Mapping: Conduct workshops to gather requirements, analyze "As-Is" processes, and design "To-Be" financial processes (R2R, P2P, O2C) and document it within BBP & Functional Specifications
• Solution Design & Configuration: Configure SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, New GL) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA) modules.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration with logistics modules (MM, SD, PP) and third-party applications.
• Advanced Features: Implement Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Material Ledger (actual costing), and SAP Fiori Apps.
• Data Migration & Cutover: Manage data migration strategies, including master data and open item transfers using LTMC/LSMW.
• Client Management: Act as a key liaison with client finance teams, C-suite stakeholders, and technical teams to drive decision-making and project success.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior consultants and review functional design specifications (RICEFW).

Desired Profile & Technical Skills

• Minimum 8+ years of core SAP FICO implementation experience.
• Must have led at least 2-3 End-to-End S/4HANA implementations.
• Deep functional expertise in CO-PA (Profitability Analysis), Product Costing, and Material Ledger.
• Experience with Group Reporting or Central Finance is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP, local statutory reporting).
• Proficiency in writing high-quality functional specifications for custom RICEFW objects.
