Your work profile
Configure and support SAP SD modules based on business requirements.
Handle end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Work on Sales Order, Delivery, Picking, PGI and Billing processes.
Configure and support pricing, output determination, copy controls and account determination.
Handle customer master and material master integration with SD processes.
Work on credit management, availability check and route determination.
Support integration with SAP MM, FI, PP and WM/EWM modules.
Analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
Coordinate with ABAP teams for developments, enhancements, reports, interfaces and forms.
Perform unit testing, integration testing and support UAT.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Prepare functional documentation, test scripts and process flows.
Participate in implementation, rollout, enhancement and support projects.
Interact with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide SAP solutions.
Key skills required
Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C).
