Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Resource-Related Billing (RRB). The consultant will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing and configuring RRB solutions, supporting integration with relevant modules, and managing end-to-end billing scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD, particularly Resource-Related Billing (RRB).
  • Configure and support RRB scenarios using Dynamic Item Processor (DIP) profiles.
  • Experience with DP90 / DP91 and related RRB processes.
  • Strong understanding of sales orders, contracts, pricing, billing, and account determination.
  • Experience in cost-based/resource-related billing based on actual costs and activities.
  • Good understanding of DIP profile configuration, including source and material determination.
  • Experience with RRB scenarios involving projects, service orders, or maintenance/service-related processes.
  • Strong integration knowledge across SAP SD, PS, CO/FI and CS/PM, as applicable.
  • Ability to analyze actual costs, billing-relevant items, rejected items, and billing requests.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to RRB, pricing, billing, cost transfer and FI postings.
  • Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for enhancements.
  • Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and post-go-live activities.
  • Work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose appropriate SAP solutions.

Required Skills

  • 8–12+ years of SAP SD experience with implementation/rollout/support exposure.
  • Strong hands-on experience specifically in SAP RRB.
  • In-depth knowledge of DIP Profile and DP90/DP91 processing.
  • Strong SAP SD configuration and billing knowledge.
  • Good understanding of integration with PS, CO/FI and CS/PM.
  • S/4HANA implementation or rollout experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to independently own the RRB workstream from requirement gathering through deployment.

Preferred 

  • Experience in complex project/service billing environments.
  • Experience working on S/4HANA transformation or rollout projects.
  • Ability to lead workshops, perform fit-gap analysis and provide solution recommendations.
  • Prior experience working directly with senior business and IT stakeholders.
    Education:
    BE/Btech/Any full time graduation
