Deloitte India is expanding its SAP Logistics practice and is looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP TM implementations and production support, with deep functional knowledge across end-to-end transportation processes.

🧩 Key Responsibilities
🔹 SAP TM Implementation & Configuration
• Lead and support end-to-end SAP TM implementations (at least one full lifecycle project required)
• Configure and customize SAP TM modules including:
• Freight Order Management
• Freight Planning (Manual & Optimizer-based)
• Transportation Execution
• Charge Calculation & Freight Settlement
• Design and configure transportation networks, lanes, routes, and resources
• Define and configure transportation relevance from SAP ECC/S/4HANA to SAP TM
🔹 Integration & Process Design
• Integrate SAP TM with:
• SAP ECC / S/4HANA (SD, MM, LE)
• SAP EWM (basic understanding preferred)
• Work on CIF or Core Interface integrations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate logistics requirements into SAP TM solutions
🔹 Production Support / AMS
• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP TM
• Analyze and resolve incidents related to freight planning, execution, and settlement
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
• Support change requests, enhancements, and system optimizations
🔹 Testing & Documentation
• Prepare functional specifications (FS) and solution design documents
• Support unit testing, integration testing, and UAT
• Create user manuals and conduct knowledge transfer sessions

🎯 Mandatory Skill Requirements
• ✅ 5+ years of hands-on SAP TM experience
• ✅ Minimum 1 end-to-end SAP TM implementation
• ✅ Strong expertise in:
• Freight Planning & Optimization
• Freight Order Lifecycle
• Charge Calculation & Settlement
• ✅ Solid experience in AMS / production support
• ✅ Good understanding of logistics and transportation business processes
