Key Responsibilities

• A strong and demonstrated interest in consulting specially in thinking through large and complex transformation exercises
• Background or experience (through coursework or employment) in Development sector/ Social Sector.
• Strong research and understanding of measurement frameworks, approaches, methods, tools and techniques
• A base level of knowledge in development sector policy, strategy, finance, operations, data analysis and research techniques
• Excellent academic credentials for both undergraduate and/ or  graduate coursework
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Leadership qualities, project management skills
• Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently
• Willingness to travel to remote tier-3 locations 

Education Qualification

• Minimum 4 Years of professional experience with engagement in CSR/ Fundraising / Project Management/ Business Development/ Strategic Partnerships/ Growth/ Marketing/ Sales. Minimum Educational Qualification- B.Tech./ Graduation in Public policy/ Economics/ Management or any relevant field.
