BE/ BTech/ MCA and MBA

Min 7 years of experience 

Experience in IT procurement, vendor management, and contract lifecycle management. Leads preparation of procurement models, SLA frameworks, and implementation plans for system upgrade/enhancement. Drafts RFPs in line with GFR, CVC, MeitY, and other guidelines, including scope, eligibility, and evaluation criteria. Assists in bid process management, pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and bid evaluations. Monitors contractual compliance, software licensing, third-party vendor agreements, and procurement-related obligations. Oversees KT and transition clauses, ensures timely enforcement of deliverables, and facilitates smooth handover between vendors. Provides risk assessments, compliance reviews, and recommendations throughout project lifecycle.
