Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Market Research Analyst with 4-5 years of experience in the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) space. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to create compelling presentations. This role requires a keen understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and the ability to provide actionable insights to support our clients' strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

M&A:

·        Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis in the M&A sector.

·        Identify and evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.

·        Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support M&A projects and initiatives.

·        Utilize Excel skills to analyze data and generate insights.

·        Develop and maintain databases of market information and trends.

·        Assist in the preparation of presentations.

·        Monitor industry developments and provide regular updates to senior management.

·        Ensure accuracy and completeness of research data and reports.

Bharat:

•           Primary and Secondary research proficiency

•           Competition benchmarking with movement of Harvey Balls

•           Updating Jupiter with Bharat wins, opportunities, and client meeting

•           Identifying opportunities outside of clusters for Bharat

•           Managing operations of Bharat Inc including budgets, analytics, and headcount

•           Liaoning with Marketing team on events, TLs and pipeline management

•           Launch of Monthly Bharat Newsletter

•           Monitor industry developments and provide regular updates to senior management.

•           Program managing cadence calls on Bharat along with social media updates
