Job Title:  Senior Executive | Investment Promotion/Government Advisory | Delhi | Infrastructure & Real Estate

As a Senior Executive in our Restructuring Services / Corporate Finance Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and managing client transactions from inception to completion. The candidate should have a strong background in financial analysis, preparing pitches & collaterals, diligence management, and client & stakeholder management, with a strong desire to build and grow the practice. You’ll support the team with:

Origination Support:

• Collaborate with cross functional teams in ideation and origination of transactions and engagements.
• Conduct industry research and financial analysis to identify potential transaction and engagement opportunities.
• Preparation of pitches and proposals to secure new business and build a strong pipeline.

Engagement Support:

• Prepare marketing materials including teasers and other presentations related to client meetings.
• Support in transaction processes and deliverables including marketing & maintaining various engagement trackers.
• Assist team in preparation for various meetings with clients/potential investors like pre-read documents, minutes of meetings and follow up on agreed action items in meetings.
• Conduct in-depth research on potential investors including financial analysis. 

Team Collaboration:

• Lead and work with diverse teams (various sector teams) to ensure high-quality deliverables and contribute to the team’s overall development.
• Foster a positive work environment to promote high performance and teamwork.
• Actively support colleagues beyond individual responsibilities, promoting a strong team dynamic.
• Stay informed on trends, regulations, and market dynamics impacting the engagement deliverables.
