As a Service Team Lead, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of high-quality services, ensuring seamless coordination across teams to meet client expectations. You will drive continuous improvement, optimize service performance, and resolve complex technical issues. Your expertise in Java/J2EE, Oracle PL/SQL, ELK, WebLogic, React JS, Node.JS, JSP/HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Spring Boot, RabbitMQ/Kafka, Redis Cache, and Apache Tomcat will be instrumental in troubleshooting, decision-making, and enhancing system reliability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Java/J2EE, Oracle PL/SQL, ELK, Oracle WebLogic, React JS, Node.JS, JSP/HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Java Spring Boot, Rabbit MQ/Kafka, Radis Cache, and Apache Tomcat to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex technical challenges and implement solutions.
  • Deploy & Automate using cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to the service delivery team.
  • Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency gains in service delivery operations.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, with 7+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in a similar role with a strong background in Java/J2EE, Oracle PL/SQL, ELK, Oracle WebLogic, React JS, Node.JS, JSP/HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Java Spring Boot, Rabbit MQ/Kafka, Radis Cache, and Apache Tomcat.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance management.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues.
  • Experience in IT service management methodologies (ITIL, Agile, etc.) is preferred.
