Your work profile

Program Governance and Delivery Oversight:

  • Establish and manage PMO governance for SAP implementation and AMS programs, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Project Planning and Execution Management:

  • Drive project planning, milestone tracking, resource planning, and delivery monitoring across SAP implementation initiatives including design, build, testing, and go-live phases.

AMS Service Governance:

  • Oversee AMS operations including incident, service request, and enhancement management while ensuring adherence to defined SLAs and operational KPIs across L1, L2, and L3 support teams.

Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management:

  • Maintain RAID logs and proactively manage risks, issues, and interdependencies across SAP modules and project streams to ensure smooth program execution.

Change and Release Governance:

  • Coordinate change request management, transport planning, and release cycles across SAP landscapes ensuring proper testing, approvals, and deployment governance.

Stakeholder and Vendor Management:

  • Act as the central coordination point between business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, technical teams, and implementation partners to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.

Reporting and Executive Communication:

  • Prepare governance dashboards, project status reports, and executive updates for leadership and steering committees, highlighting delivery progress, risks, and operational performance.

Continuous Improvement and Transition Management:

  • Support transition from implementation to AMS, ensuring structured knowledge transfer, documentation readiness, and stabilization support while driving continuous improvement across support processes.
