Your work profile

• Lead functional discovery and workshops for order management processes, rules, and integrations.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze current state processes and identify improvement opportunities applicable to the future OMS model.
• Partner with architects and integration teams to clarify design impacts and dependencies.
• Support UAT planning and execution, including clarifying test scenarios, expected outcomes, and sign-off criteria.
• Drive end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Mentor junior BAs and support readiness of business SMEs.

Key skills required

• Experience in full cycle SAP S/4 or ECC Security assessments, design, and implementations as well as understanding of leading practices as it relates to S/4, Fiori and GRC security. Security experience with SAP Fiori, GRC AC and PC.

   

  · SAP GRC 12.0 configuration, support, and administration experience.

   

  · Ability to design, implement, and test SAP automated, manual, security, and segregation of duty.

   

  · Deep understanding on the GRC rule book.

   

  · Creating/modifying Firefighter Owner and controllers for the Fire fighter ids.

   

  · Experience in Business role management activities like Business roles setup, Role ownership changes.

   

  · Assist in SAP user provisioning with correct roles.

   

  · Work with Business Process Owners for Role creations, changes, and user administration.

   

  · Knowledge on SF integration and IAG hybrid setup.

   

  · Proficient in leading a team and managing project financials.

   

  · Trouble shoot access issues and authority issues as related to user roles.

   

  · Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a timely manner.

   

  Required Skills:

   

  · Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, Fiori, GRC security.

   

  · Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing in various modules in SAP Access Control.

   

  · Proficiency in configuring and managing GRC SPRO configurations.

   

  · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

   

  · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

   

  · Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

   

  · Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
