Your work profile
As a Consultant in our Organization Transformation Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:-
- Create and deliver high-quality communications for change management, including templated emailers, infographic emailers, newsletters, motion graphic videos, presentations, and other related assets designed to engage stakeholders and drive adoption, tailored to project briefs and requirements within agreed timelines. For learning communications, develop e-learning visual mock-ups, WBTs, scenario-based and game-based learning modules, simulations, explainer videos, rich-media ILTs, interactive PDFs, and UI mock-ups for websites and applications to deliver impactful learning experiences, aligned with project briefs and timelines.
- Ability to work on multiple communication projects or deliverables with limited oversight.
- Responsible for visual branding and user experience of deliverables.
- Be an excellent communicator and actively participate in discussions with the change team or directly with the client to understand communication requirements and articulate ideas.
- Develop content and direct creative execution to provide a consistent, targeted, and impactful message.
- Contribute ideas for new programs and research, and recommend innovative branding techniques.
- Conceptualize original and unique graphic design art, illustrations, icons, and project brand logos for clients.
- Align and use appropriate images, typography, graphics, and layouts for the project based on the client’s brand guidelines.
- Enable and manage design research, storyboarding, brainstorming, and design reference sessions with the team and project stakeholders.
- Support the design of interactive e-learning courses on an as-needed basis.
- Stay on top of the competitive design landscape to better understand client objectives and industry trends, and share these insights with the design team.
Desired qualifications
- Relevant work experience of 6 years or more as a Instructional designer, digital content creator or related role preferably with corporate.
- Bachelors or Masters in any field.
- Creative and innovative mind-set.
- Good knowledge of technology transformation projects.
- Good knowledge of ERP applications, such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, SalesForce, etc.
- Strong hold on MS Office (suite).
- Basic knowledge in Adobe Captivate/Articulate Storyline 360/SAP Enable Now.
Key skills required:
- Outstanding verbal, written communication skills and ability to develop persuasive messages based on the information provided.
- Ability to take initiative, interact with all levels of management and think strategically and artistically.
- Excellent time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your passion for designing clean and creative designs or collaterals.
- This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
