Job Description:

 

We are looking for a motivated Analyst – Conversational AI / Python Developer with 1–3 years of experience in developing and integrating AI-driven chatbot and voicebot solutions. The role involves working with Python, Dialogflow, AWS/GCP AI services, and RESTful APIs to build scalable conversational systems for enterprise use cases.

The candidate will support the design, implementation, and testing of intelligent virtual assistants and contribute to projects involving LLM, agentic workflows, and voice automation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain chatbot and voicebot workflows using Google Dialogflow, AWS Lex, or similar platforms.
  • Build backend services and conversational logic using Python (Flask/FastAPI).
  • Integrate conversational systems with LLM APIs (AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Vertex AI).
  • Work on intent classification, entity extraction, and dialog management components.
  • Integrate external data sources through RESTful APIs and webhooks.
  • Deploy and monitor conversational applications on AWS and GCP cloud platforms.
  • Support Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) integrations for voice-based use cases.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and architects to enhance system intelligence and response accuracy.
  • Participate in testing, debugging, and optimization of conversational flows and backend services.
  • Maintain clear documentation for APIs, intents, and system configurations.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Conversational AI or Python-based backend development.
  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks like Flask or FastAPI.
  • Hands-on experience with Dialogflow (CX or ES) or AWS Lex.
  • Working knowledge of AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or other LLM/AI API integrations.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and JSON-based integrations.
  • Experience with cloud environmentsAWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3) or GCP (Cloud Functions, App Engine).
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to LangChain, RAG pipelines, or agentic AI systems.
  • Experience with STT/TTS voice integrations (Google Speech, Azure Speech, or Bhashini).
  • Basic understanding of machine learning or NLP concepts.
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL or Elasticsearch for conversational data storage.

Education:

  • B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  • (Certifications in AWS, GCP, or Conversational AI platforms preferred.)
