Your work profile:
As a Consultant in our CS&D Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities (e.g., for Business, Customers and Stakeholders; internal control environment, etc.)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end client engagements across sales transformation, dealer network optimization, go-to-market strategy, customer experience, pricing, and profitability improvement.
- Own client relationships at senior leadership level, acting as a trusted advisor and driving strategic decision-making.
- Shape problem solving approach and engagement direction: Define hypotheses, oversee analyses and ensure high-quality, insight-driven deliverables.
- Design and implement future-ready business models across EV adoption, connected mobility, digital retail, and sustainability initiatives.
- Drive delivery excellence by managing multiple workstreams, reviewing team outputs, and ensuring alignment with client expectations and timelines.
- Lead and mentor teams of consultants and analysts, enabling capability building, structured thinking, and career development.
- Own business development: lead proposal creation, pitch to clients, and identify new revenue opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Contribute to practice growth through development of offerings, assets, and thought leadership in automotive and mobility.
- Act as a sector expert, bringing deep insights on automotive retail, dealer operations, mobility trends, and customer-centric transformations.
Level of Experience Required:
- 7-10 years of experience
Location and way of working:
- Bangalore/Delhi
- Working from the office at least 3 days a week is mandatory, with a hybrid model tailored to each domain’s specific needs
Educational Requirements:
- Btech/ BE/ MBA/ MCA in any field
