Key Responsibilities·      

Support client engagements across automotive sales transformation, channel strategy, dealer network optimization, customer experience, pricing, profitability improvement.·     

 Conduct market assessments, competitive benchmarking, business process re-engineering and customer insights research to drive data-backed recommendations.·    

  Contribute to the development of growth and market-entry strategies, digital retailing, and aftersales service excellence programs.·  

    Drive analyses on EV adoption, connected vehicle services, mobility-as-a-service, and sustainability initiatives.·     

 Collaborate with client stakeholders to design operating models, sales processes, and performance management frameworks.·   

   Support project management: track deliverables, manage risks, and ensure high-quality outputs.·      Develop thought leadership and contribute to practice-building initiatives in the automotive and mobility space.

Qualifications & Experience·      MBA/PGDM from a premier institute or equivalent qualification.·     

 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, automotive sales & distribution, or strategy roles.·      

Strong understanding of automotive industry trends, dealer and retail operations, EV/mobility ecosystem, and digital transformation.·    

  Proven analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.·     

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.What we look for: ·
