Role Overview:

We are looking for a Consultant with strong expertise in Agentic AI, Voice Chatbots, and Cloud-based Conversational Platforms. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent conversational systems leveraging AWS/GCP services, Python, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.

The role involves working across the full stack — from LLM prompt design and API integration to UI delivery — with a focus on building scalable and production-ready AI-driven voice and text interfaces.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration tools.
  • Build and optimize voice-enabled chatbot experiences using STT (Speech-to-Text) and TTS (Text-to-Speech) technologies.
  • Develop and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating vector databases and document embeddings.
  • Work across AWS and GCP ecosystems for model hosting, data storage, and API integration.
  • Implement full-stack conversational solutions, including front-end components (React/Streamlit) and backend logic (Python/Node.js).
  • Integrate conversational agents with third-party APIs, CRM systems, and enterprise data sources.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, LLM developers, and cloud architects to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Conduct performance optimization, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering for LLM-driven responses.
  • Support PoC development, client demos, and technical documentation.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5–8 years of experience in AI/Conversational/Full Stack solution development.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, Flask/FastAPI, or Node.js.
  • Deep understanding of RAG, LLMs, and agentic architectures.
  • Strong experience with AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB) or GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, BigQuery).
  • Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, Bedrock, or Gemini APIs.
  • Experience in voice bot development — integrating STT/TTS pipelines (Google, Azure, Bhashini, etc.).
  • Knowledge of frontend frameworks like React, Streamlit, or Angular.
  • Exposure to vector databases such as Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Elasticsearch.
  • Excellent understanding of RESTful API design, prompt engineering, and microservices architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and client communication skills.

 

Good to Have:

  • Experience with multi-agent orchestration or autonomous task decomposition systems.
  • Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in AI solution consulting, pre-sales, or architecture design.

 

Education:

  • B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
  • Certification in AWS, GCP, or AI/ML frameworks is a plus.
