Job Description:

 

We’re looking for a Conversational AI Designer / Business Analyst with hands-on experience in chat and voice bot design. The role involves creating natural, engaging user interactions powered by AI and LLMs, while translating business objectives into intuitive, human-like conversations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design chat and voice bot conversations with clear, empathetic, and engaging dialogue.
  • Define conversation tone, persona, and flow aligned with business and brand goals.
  • Conduct requirement discussions and translate processes into conversational journeys.
  • Create and refine AI prompts for context-aware and consistent responses.
  • Analyze chat/call logs to identify improvement opportunities and optimize experience.
  • Collaborate with product, UX, and AI teams to deliver seamless user interaction

Skills & Experience

  • 3–6 years in Conversation Design / AI-driven UX / Business Analysis.
  • Strong understanding of dialogue psychology, intent modeling, and user empathy.
  • Exposure to AI-powered or LLM-based bots and prompt engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex flows.
  • Analytical mindset with focus on conversation success and user experience.
