Expected Contributions

  • Lead Enterprise Transformation: Deliver end-to-end transformation programs across Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Payments, Insurance, and Asset Management.
  • Transformation Solutioning: Design integrated solutions leveraging process re-engineering, automation (RPA/AI), analytics, and technology to improve operational performance.
  • Client Advisory: Partner with CXOs and senior stakeholders to define transformation strategy, implementation roadmaps, governance, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Program Leadership: Lead complex, multi-stream transformation programs, ensuring delivery excellence, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and change adoption.
  • Practice Development: Support business growth through solution development, proposal leadership, go-to-market initiatives, and thought leadership.
  • People Leadership: Build and mentor high-performing consulting teams; develop organizational capabilities in process transformation, design thinking, and operational excellence.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 12+ years of experience leading payments transformation, operations consulting, and business change initiatives for global financial institutions.
  • Deep Financial Services Expertise across Retail & Corporate Banking, Lending, Payments, and Insurance, with strong understanding of regulatory and digital transformation.
  • Transformation Leadership in payment process redesign, target operating model design, automation, operational excellence, and performance improvement.
  • Executive Client Advisory with proven experience partnering with CXOs, senior business leaders, and global stakeholders to drive strategic transformation.
  • Program & People Leadership managing large, cross-functional teams and delivering complex transformation programs with quality, governance, and execution excellence.
  • Strong Executive Communication with expertise in stakeholder management, executive presentations, workshops, and client facilitation.
