Your work profile

As a Senior Consultant in our M&C Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Braze Specialist

 

Segment Implementation & SDK Management

·      Implement and maintain Twilio Segment solutions, including:

o  Analytics.js for web platforms

o  Mobile SDKs (iOS, Android, React Native)

·      Design and deploy event tracking architecture:

o  Configure and manage “Track,” “Identify,” and “Group” events

o  Ensure compliance with the defined global tracking schema

·      Troubleshoot and resolve tracking and identity stitching issues using:

o  Browser developer tools

o  Segment Debugger

o  Network proxy tools (e.g., Charles, Fiddler)

·      Configure and maintain data destinations:

o  Ensure accurate data mapping to Braze and data warehouse systems (Snowflake, BigQuery)

·      Collaborate with product engineering teams to ensure efficient instrumentation

 

2. Braze Development & Personalization Services

·      Develop and maintain personalized customer engagement logic:

o  Write advanced Liquid scripts for dynamic content across channels (email, push, in-app)

·      Implement API-driven personalization:

o  Configure Connected Content for real-time data integration (e.g., inventory, store data, loyalty information)

·      Design, build, and optimize multi-step customer journeys (Braze Canvas):

o  Trigger journeys based on real-time Segment events

o  Implement branching logic and personalization rules

·      Conduct rigorous QA and testing:

o  Validate rendering and functionality across devices and platforms

o  Ensure pixel-perfect output and error-free personalization

 

3. Data Hygiene & Platform Integrity

·      Maintain and audit Segment Tracking Plan:

o  Identify and remove unused or obsolete events

o  Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and usability

·      Support frontend tracking implementation:

o  Assist with JavaScript-based tracking logic

o  Enable custom styling for in-app experiences using HTML/CSS

·      Manage mobile-specific configurations:

o  Push notification tokens

o  Deep linking (Universal Links, App Links)

o  Application lifecycle tracking events

·      Ensure ongoing data integrity and reliability across all systems
