Work you’ll do

Location: Delhi
1. 10+ years of experience in data analytics, insights generation, and stakeholder consulting to drive strategic decisions
2. Skilled in advanced statistical techniques, trend analysis, and business modeling using SQL, Python/R, and Excel
3. Delivered enterprise-grade dashboards and visualization using Tableau, Power BI, and Looker, translating complex data into executive insights
4. Experienced in managing analytics projects from hypothesis formation to implementation of data-backed recommendations
5. An Insights and Analytics Specialist is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.
They bridge the gap between raw data and strategic planning by identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities within data sets.
These specialists collaborate with various teams, translate complex information into clear recommendations, and ensure data-driven strategies are implemented effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
· Data Collection and Analysis: Gathering data from various sources (surveys, sales reports, market research, etc.) and using statistical tools and software to analyze it.
· Insights Generation: Identifying trends, patterns, and relationships within the data to uncover valuable insights.
· Strategic Planning: Working with stakeholders to translate insights into actionable recommendations and develop data-driven strategies.
· Reporting and Visualization: Creating reports and visualizations to communicate findings clearly and effectively.
· Collaboration:Working with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven approaches are integrated across the organization.
· Staying Updated: Continuously exploring new data sources and analytical techniques to stay ahead of industry trends.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Data Analysis: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical analysis and data mining.
· Data Visualization: Ability to create clear and compelling visualizations to communicate findings.
· Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present insights to stakeholders.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant tools and software for data analysis and visualization (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, etc.).
· Business Acumen: Understanding of business objectives and the ability to apply insights to solve business problems.
· Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
