Work you’ll do
Role: Sr Consultant
Education: Graduate
Exp: 6+ years
Location: Delhi
- 6+ years of experience in Anaplan model development, business planning processes, and enterprise system integration
• Skilled in translating business needs into scalable Anaplan models including lists, modules, dashboards, and actions
• Led implementation of financial planning, forecasting, and supply chain optimization use cases in Anaplan
• Hands-on in managing model performance, version control, and system upgrades while adhering to best practices
An Anaplan Snr. developer who possesses in-depth knowledge and experience in the Anaplan platform, a cloud-based business planning and performance management software.
Key Responsibilities:
· Solution Design and Implementation: Analyze business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and design and build Anaplan models, including lists, modules, dashboards, and actions.
· System Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain Anaplan systems, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to best practices.
· Data Integration: Integrate Anaplan with other systems and tools, including setting up model-to-model integrations and handling data flows.
· User Support and Training: Provide training and support to end-users, helping them leverage the full potential of Anaplan and troubleshoot any issues.
· Performance Management: Monitor Anaplan platform performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations.
· Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans (FUT, SIT, UAT) for new enhancements and deployments, ensuring the quality of Anaplan solutions.
· Collaboration and Communication: Work with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and partners, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of Anaplan solutions.
· Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest Anaplan features, functionalities, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
Required Skills and Experience:
· Strong Anaplan Expertise: Deep understanding of Anaplan's features, functionalities, and best practices.
· Techno-Functional Acumen: Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
· Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
