Your work profile

We are looking for a skilled Zoho CRM resources with strong experience in Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Marketing modules, along with hands-on exposure to Sprinklr integrations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and marketing teams to design, configure, and optimize CRM-led marketing and customer engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Configure, customize, and enhance Zoho CRM modules, workflows, validation rules, and automation.

2. Implement and support Zoho Campaigns / Zoho Marketing Automation for lead nurturing, customer journeys, and campaign tracking.

3. Integrate Zoho CRM with Sprinklr to enable seamless lead, case, and social interaction synchronization.

4. Design and implement APIs, webhooks, and middleware-based integrations where required.

5. Develop and maintain Deluge scripts, custom functions, and workflow automations.

6. Ensure data synchronization, integrity, and reporting across CRM and marketing platforms.

7. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and service stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions.

8. Support UAT, deployments, and post-go-live enhancements.

9. Troubleshoot and resolve CRM, marketing automation, and integration issues.

Desired Qualifications/ Skills Required:

1. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM development and customization.

2. Strong experience in Zoho Campaigns and/or Zoho Marketing Automation.

3. Working knowledge of Sprinklr integrations with CRM platforms (lead/case sync, social engagement data).

4. Proficiency in Deluge scripting, workflows, blueprints, and CRM APIs.

5. Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and webhooks.

6. Solid understanding of CRM data models, lead lifecycle, and marketing funnels.

7. Experience in integration testing, data validation, and deployment support.

8. Education- Any Graduate

Good to have :

1. Exposure to telephony or social listening integrations.

2. Experience with Zoho Analytics or reporting dashboards.

3. Knowledge of data privacy and compliance considerations for marketing platforms.

4. Zoho certifications (CRM / Marketing Automation) are a plus.
