Your Work Profile 

As an Associate Director within the Cyber Strategy & Transformation team, you will drive business growth, lead strategic client portfolios, and scale Cyber Strategy and GRC capabilities across the practice. You will be responsible for revenue growth, executive stakeholder management, delivery governance, and market development while acting as a trusted advisor to client leadership. The role requires a strong blend of business development, consulting leadership, delivery excellence, and practice-building capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Ownership & Business Growth

  • Own and deliver annual business revenue and sales targets with accountability for achieving growth objectives across Cyber Strategy & Transformation offerings.
  • Originate, shape, and close large and complex cybersecurity opportunities while demonstrating strong business development and hunting capabilities.
  • Build, manage, and convert a robust sales pipeline across Cyber Strategy, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and transformation services.
  • Lead strategic pursuits including large RFP responses, proposal development, solution shaping, commercial discussions, and executive presentations.
  • Drive account growth and expansion through structured cross-sell and upsell strategies across strategic accounts.

 

Client Leadership & Market Development

 

  • Build and maintain executive relationships with CISO, CIO, CRO, and CXO-level stakeholders across client organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity strategy, cyber risk, compliance, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Develop tailored cybersecurity and risk management solutions aligned with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and evolving threat landscapes.
  • Establish strong market presence and collaborate with leadership teams to strengthen Cyber Strategy & Transformation capabilities and market positioning.
  • Drive strategic account planning and identify opportunities for growth across industry sectors and client portfolios.

 

Engagement Delivery & Transformation Leadership

 

  • Own delivery governance and business outcomes across a portfolio of strategic cybersecurity engagements and enterprise transformation programs.
  • Drive successful delivery of strategic engagements including:
  • Managed IT Governance Services
  • CISO-as-a-Service
  • Cyber maturity assessments
  • Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation
  • Cyber roadmap and investment planning
  • Regulatory compliance and transformation initiatives
  • Drive delivery excellence across multiple accounts and engagements while ensuring quality, profitability, utilization, and client satisfaction targets are achieved.
  • Oversee program risks, dependencies, escalations, and governance structures to ensure successful execution and business outcomes.
  • Provide executive oversight across complex and large-scale engagements while driving delivery consistency and quality standards.

 

Financial & Commercial Management

 

  • Own engagement commercials including pricing strategies, profitability, margins, and financial performance across portfolios.
  • Drive effective management of budgeting, revenue realization, billing, forecasting, and collections across engagements.
  • Ensure optimal resource utilization and delivery efficiency across teams and programs.

 

Practice Building & Go-To-Market (GTM) Leadership

 

  • Own and scale Cyber Strategy & Transformation offerings and drive go-to-market initiatives aligned with growth priorities.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities, sector-focused solutions, and strategic alliances.
  • Develop reusable frameworks, methodologies, accelerators, and solution assets to improve delivery effectiveness and market differentiation.
  • Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, client workshops, industry forums, and market initiatives.

 

Leadership & Talent Development

 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Senior Managers, Managers, and high-potential talent within the practice.
  • Drive hiring and workforce planning initiatives to support business growth and practice scalability.
  • Lead performance management, coaching, and leadership development programs.
  • Build a strong leadership pipeline and succession planning framework within the practice. 
  • B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 LA/LI, ISO 42001 LA/LI, ITIL, PCI QSA, or relevant cloud security certifications preferred.
  • 9 - 12 years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity Consulting, Cyber Strategy & Transformation, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), or Information Security.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving business growth, leading strategic consulting engagements, managing executive stakeholders, and delivering enterprise transformation programs.
  • Strong leadership, business development, stakeholder management, and delivery capabilities within a consulting environment.
